Weekend Craft Kits contain enough wool for mini projects that can be completed in two days. Each Kit contains either, Maple or Cherry Wood knitting needles, general knitting information, and a handy carrying tote. Each Weekend Craft Kit is inspired by individual views seen from my studio.

Approximate wool amounts needed
for knitted or crocheted projects:

FOR ADULT SWEATER:
2lbs or 32oz;
FOR CHILD SWEATER:
1lb or 16oz
FOR YOUNG CHILD BLANKET:
1-1/2 lb or 28oz
FOR HATS:
2-4oz;
FOR SCARVES:
9-10oz;
FOR MITTENS:
2-4oz.

2) A contract will be drawn up, detailing start date, colors, fiber content, delivery date, and payment schedule. You will have time to review, modify, or cancel your order at this time, before any work is started: Any of these changes must be in writing, and can be emailed.

3) However, once work has been started, your cancelled contract must be in writing by both email and postal mail, and a late charge fee may apply.

4) No refunds on cancelled custom order once product is started.

5) This contract must be signed and dated by TABITHA GILMORE-BARNES STUDIO and Customer, with deposit payment, and mailed to:

6) No refunds, exchanges, or discounts apply on any textile product.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS:
These are only for handspun dyed wools.

For wool orders of 7+ balls of 3oz handspun dyed wools, every 7th ball is FREE.

NOTICE: You are encouraged to order more wool that you believe you will need as all wools are dyed and spun in small editions of 2lbs or less. Color and thickness matches are not guaranteed.

However,

any balls of wool 1oz or more that you would like to return for a refund, Email your request to obtain a shipping code. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but you will be refunded the cost by weight and any collected NYS Sales Tax.

Orders are accepted in person, in studio visit, by email/postal mail, and must be verified in writing, personal identification (name, address, telephone number).

It is preferred that customers have accounts with Tabitha Gilmore-Barnes Studio, and it is hoped that customers will repeat business, thereby building their account.

Shipping costs on handwoven textile products are determined by the weight of the boxed product. Email for details on shipping and handling and NYS Sales Tax if applicable, as these costs are added to invoice.

  • on handwoven textile products more than 10lb.

Every order will have an Order Number individualized to the customer, and shipping tracking details will be emailed to the customer to confirm shipment and approximate delivery date.

RETURNS—

The request to return a product must be in writing, and will need approval before the item is mailed back to Tabitha Gilmore-Barnes Studio.

ALERT: A fee penalty will be applied against this, and the customer will bear the shipping costs.

All returned products must be in good condition, with no damage;

EXCHANGES—

must be in writing, all products are one of a kind, not mass produced:

All exchanged products must be in good condition, with no damage;

All products are checked and double checked for damage prior to shipment;
Any damaged product—close up photographs to document damage to product and shipment package must be included with email correspondence from customer;

Sold product needing repair due to customer’s negligence will be repaired at 10{a166555c8b4da9de5da712148d001f9793261ba5038c1cc08aae271f541e700a} of sold price; any sold product needing replaced broken or cracked ceramic buttons will be repaired at cost of button replacement—NO GUARANTEE OF EXACT BUTTON REPLACEMENT.
