I was very excited with how well this large woodblock print came out as the knot in the wood shows up as a sawed off branch, while the white carved out sections on the rocks indicate the light source.  This ambitious woodblock done at SUNY New Paltz is my biggest print.  This was printed three times, two prints having been sold, while the Artist’s Proof hangs in the Studio.
