This tapestry is the fourth and last version of my photograph, in which Winter slowly morphs into Spring.  The earlier artworks are done in watercolor, collage, and pen & ink.  This tapestry was woven on its side in order to identify clearly the bark’s indentations, and direction of light from the right side.
